The JCL Automation live demonstration home includes a Control4 solution for interior and exterior lighting, thermostat settings, and a digital entertainment center. This home also includes a Home Automation Inc (HAI) Omni II system for the security and alarm panel and X10 controls. The HAI system is linked to the Control4 system via a standard internal telephone cable for an integrated whole-house automation solution.
Note HomeSeer is also installed to show an alternative PC-based approach to home controls. We show video streaming and capture capability and Z-Wave device control with Homeseer. Note Homeseer can also interface with the HAI security panel and control X10 devices.
In addition to HomeSeer, our home PC has Web-Link II, a product of HAI, installed. We suggest you check out both products using the links below to get a clear idea of the capabilities and user interface of each.

Control4 also provides the capability to control installed devices with your home PC with the Composer Home Edition 1.3 software. This includes remote access to your devices over the Internet using Web Navigator. A screenshot of the home overview page in Web Navigator is shown below.
Note: Because this is an inhabited home, we have disabled access to the HAI security panel from Web-Link II and HomeSeer software.
